I am here to help you walk your path of discovery and healing. My focus is on the individual, meeting you where you are, and providing support and growth opportunities to move you forward in your life. Some of my specialities include trauma informed focus, somatic therapy, grief and loss therapies, brain health, and person-centered therapies. I work with a wide-range of individuals that have come from narcissistic relations/parents, those diagnosed with ADD, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, as well as those who have a trauma history.
